Room types
Guests can book accommodation in 135 rooms on 5 floors. Rooms can be as follows:
-BACKPACKERS rooms with good old backpacker atmosphere. Single, twin and triple rooms as well as dormitory beds.
-EUROHOSTEL recently renovated; new walls and floors, sound-proof rooms and new furniture. Single, twin and triple rooms available.
Showers and toilets are shared for all room types. Room price includes accommodation, bed linen, towel and a morning sauna.
Location and surroundings
Eurohostel is located next to the Katajanokka Sea Terminal area – just a short walk from the most important sights, shops and restaurants of Helsinki city centre. Guests at Eurohostel find everything close at hand. Even the ferry boat ride to Helsinki Zoo is only 300 metres away!
Services and facilities
There is a self-service kitchen on all floors, it' equipped with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, hot plates, fridge, microwave oven and television.
The self-service laundry has two washing machines, a spin dryer, a tumble dryer and ironing boards. It's open from 6AM to 11PM every day and the machines may be used whenever not already in use.

In averedge it's good, but there was really bad smell from the carpet in the corridor of the 2nd floor and it ruined my impression

A very good ratio price-quality. Better than i expected, very clean and comfortable. i would repeat, no doubts!
I only spent one night in this hostel but it was a good experience. It has all you need and free sauna in the morning. Everything is very clean and the location is good! the only bad note is the cost (really too much) of the breakfast.
Enjoyed staying here.Very good Green credentials that I really liked The food available was of a high standard and reindeer meatballs were fabulous
