We have 3 rooms enabled with all the comfort for the most demanding likes, they possess conditioned air, private bathrooms, it dilutes cold and heat during the whole day, Television, mini bar, parking service and laundry, and two wide terraces with beautiful views toward the historical mountains of the Escambray and the own city.
Location and surroundings
The house is very near the historical center of the city. Near there are shops, restaurants, bars, the beach and other tourist attractions.

After making the booking with HostelsCentral, emailing them and Eloida Soris Vera to confirm the booking, we were somewhat surprised to arrive at the address to be told there was no record of our booking. The man in the house phoned Eloida who arrived 15 minutes later and also denied any knowledge of the arrangement, even though I showed her the print-off of our reservation and explained that we had already paid a 10% non-refundable deposit.Her attitude was also surprising - it seemed like she really couldn't have cared less about our predicament. Somewhat grudgingly she made a few phone calls and eventually found us someone else to stay with, which was fine. It was just her unsympathetic attitude which shocked us, whether or not it was a genuine mistake.
We booked online and I phoned to confirm. Everything was great. When we arrived, there were no room available. She had already arrange a different casa. I understand she probably made a referral fee but, don't accept booking if you have no vacancy. Not cool
Eloida stated she did not get our reservation therefore we should move to an other appartement. It was unpleasing but she arranged everything. The breakfast and dinner were very delicious. I would suggest a double check on the reservation.
