People should book in my property because is a nice house with space to put in practice many interesting activities, also because is close to many important and famous places, people can go to those places walking.people should book in our property because they can find everything here and we are very helful and solidarity persons.
El Refugio it is a great place in La Havana, near the Malecon, so good located. It has four bedrooms with air conditioning each one and a bathroom. ¡It has also a terrace! The owner offers breakfast, taxi service, salsa classes...

My property has 4 rooms for rent with private bathrooms in each room with hot and cold water.There is a double bed in the first room with an air conditionedand a fan.
There is a double and a single bed in the second room with an air conditioned and a fan.
There are 2 single beds in the third room with an air conditioned and a fan.
There is a double bed in the fourth room with an air conditioned and a fan too.
There are towels ,sheets, pillows in each room.
Location and surroundings
The house is located about 2 bocks from Malecon (the sea), about 3 bocks drom Prado boulevard and close to the historical parts of the city. Around the house are many famous restaurats, paladares,bars and night clubs. Also people can find shops around the house.
Services and facilities
The house has a terrace for the use of the costumers and also a hall. There is not kitchen to use.
The house offer the service of breakfast, guide tour with an english speaker, salsa and folklore lessons,laundromat,snaps, diferent kinds of couptails ,taxi services and dinner only when people come in groups.

We can highly recommend this place! It was fantastic. Great location, very clean. The room was large with a seperate bathroom which was also big & clean. You get your own key so we could lock the door & felt very safe. The area is a 5 minute walk to town. We honestly can't recommend this place highly enough!
