We have appreciated very much the great gentleness and availability of the staff, always ready to give us suggestions and help. A niggle: the payment,only cash, is required on the base of a fixed change real/usd, unfavorable, that has caused a sensitive increase of the cost in euro that has been communicated by email from the web site hostelcentral at the end the booking's procedure.
