In wintertime this area has the highest snowfall in the European Alps and you can enjoy skiing, walks with snow shoes, excursions with snowmobiles or horse-driven carriages.
In the summer there is an overflow of wild flowers along hiking trails and you will meet wild animals such as red deer, marmots, and foxes. You can also go rock climbing, mountain biking or discover crystal mines.

Got a free upgrade on my room and the room was lovely. The bed was nice with clean sheets but there were a few small details wrong- marked towels and a few small cobwebs. The food is exquisite, if only in small portions. The breakfast was generous and had a good range. I would definitely recommend this place.
