At the arrival we were directly moved to some other place due to redecoration.Lady from the second apartment wasn't willing to understand that we paid 10% via website and wanted to charge us full price for the room. I don't recommend taxi service they offer (airport-apartment) as the driver charges you 25CUC instead of 20 agreed. print all the confirmation you get from they as they try to cheat you in every possible manner! Very poor conditions and people concentrated only on money not service.
Great place.. dinner and breakfast was excellent... hosts are wonderful people... the group of 8 people highly recommends this place....
Very helpful staff, they had great recommendations for other casa particulares in other cities and helped out calling taxi to the airport et.c. Walking distance to old havana (1,5 km) and the capitol (1 km).
Very nice Casa to stay in. The cook was wonderful. Had lobster dinner and it was fantastic. When we arrived they were overbooked but quickly made arrangments and we were given a room. I would stay here again. Met a couple from Holland that had stayed years prior and were just there to visit for the day.
From the moment we arrived to departure Vicente and Alina took great care of us! The food provided by the Casa was great! The hospitality of the entire staff was wonderful. The hosts were super friendly and we especially enjoyed chatting with Vicente in the evenings and benefitting from the generosity of his advice. Highly recommended!
