The property is independent place - not Cuban family live there. It has 3 Bedrooms with air conditioner - only one bathroom.

Casa Cuerbo was a delightful place to stay in Habana Viejo. The location was perfect, equidistant between Plaza Viejo and Plaza San Francisco. Julio made our Cuban experience fantastic with his personality, delicious breakfasts and help with taxis.
AMAZING hosts. AMAZING location. Beds were typical of Cuban standards I expect, so left a bit to be desired. Toilets same thing. But we had a absolutely fabulous time. Can't thank our lovely hosts enough. They made it all so easy, and were so nice.

You are minutes from Plaza Viaja. Stand on your balcony look to the right and there is the square.
Apartment was as photos & airconditionong in all bedrooms. House keeper came each morning and made a lovely breakfast. Centre of Old Havana perfect.
