About Capital Backpackers
We have only recently opened and the building has that new feel to it. We have tried to create an environment that will offer a friendly approach yet, a private one if you decide.
Capital Backpackers is a newly refurbished hostel in the centre of Edinburgh, providing mixed and female dorms, with a self-check-in and check-out system.

All rooms have ensuite, with the exception of room 1. We have a kitchen with seating area located at lower ground level. Check in is from 2 PM until 10 PM. You can check out any time prior to 10 AM on your day of departure. You are welcome to come and go as you please during your reservation with us, we do not have a curfew.
Location and surroundings
There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk from the backpackers with a larger shop approximately 10 minutes away. Edinburgh is the capital city of Scotland - We have hundreds of bars, pubs and clubs. The backpackers is ideal located to explore the city.
Services and facilities
We offer free wifi in the common areas of the backpackers. The kitchen area is spacious and provides ample seating to accommodate breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks!
