Casa Dane has been completely renovated and furnished in the early months of 2006, creating a refined, modern and elegant in design, designed to recreate the comforts of a private home.
The rooms are elegantly furnished, all with private bathroom with hairdryer and are equipped with the best comforts, such as color TV, digital terrestrial television, air conditioning, safe.
Location and surroundings
A short walk from our hotel begins the pedestrian area of the town center, through which it reaches the Walk Morin, beachfront from which ferries leave for Portovenere, the island Palmaria, Lerici, and the Cinque Terre.
In the immediate vicinity of our guesthouse there are bus and taxi that can reach, in short, Portovenere, Le Grazie, Lerici, Tellaro.

Nearby Typical restaurant (within walking distance) offers our guests special prices at lunch and or dinner (Euro 12 per person) consisting of a two-course meal (pasta or soup, and meat or fish) and mineral water.

We had a nice stay here not far from the station in La Spezia, which is a good starting point for visiting cinque terre.
An excellent property, seems to be furnished straight out of XXXX! Our rooms at top of stairs (no elevator) so you may want to avoid if you have very large and heavy bags. Yes, the trains are nearby, but I haven't found a quiet Italian city yet! Slight delay in entering (there is no on site reception) and breakfast is truely Continental - coffee and fresh, warm pastry. Good rooms in excellent position.
