Location and surroundings
We are based in quiet neighborhood of Thamel. All night entertainment including bars, live music shows, restaurants, pubs are on five minute walking distance. And the surroundings is less crowded and less noise(though sometime you can hear dogs barking; like everywhere around in Kathmandu).
Services and facilities
Thamel is real tourist hub so kind of crowded zone which is okay during the day but night sleep may be not that okay with the noise, especially if you happen to stay adjacent to live music bars and sports bars. Good news is we are based in quiet neighborhood so those who wish to go for quieter sleep in busy Thamel here we are (though sometime you can hear dogs barking; like everywhere around in Kathmandu).

The hostel is very central in Thamel, a bit tricky to reach. I had to go trough dark untidy streets to get there and was bitten by a street dog (pay attention because of the rabies!). That ruined my whole trekking holiday, since I had to get shots. So bad review for location.
