Throughout the summer, the biggest cities and villages of the Landes are very lively.
In July you will see Mont de Marsan in blue and white, the colors of the city: flamenco art festival in early July, and ferias de la Madeleine.
In August, Dax takes over in red and white: for 6 days around August 15, it is the Dax feria. In Dax as in Mont-de-Marsan, the bullfight that closes "la feria" is the pretext for an almost uninterrupted week of festivities !
It is located in the town of Cassen, in a green environment, on the edge of the forest. About 2 km from the residence you will find essential shops and supermarkets 7 km (Montfort-en-Chalosse). The car is essential.

Each accommodation has a balcony of 5 m²minimum facing south with garden furniture and 2 deck chairs, a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob - 2 for two rooms and 4 for three rooms and four rooms, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven grill, coffee maker), a common private parking, air conditioning. The rentals are fully equipped, with a kitchenette, sufficient crockery, blankets and pillows.
