You can exercise your right to access, cancel, correct and object by sending a letter, accompanied by a photocopy of an ID, addressed to the following address: C/ Prim nº 13, bajo; 48006 Bilbao (Bizkaia). - The user must complete the forms with true, exact, complete, and current data. The user will be the only party held responsible for any injury or prejudice, direct or indirect, given by Ganbara Hostel Ltd, or any third party caused by the incorrect completion of the forms with false, inexact, incomplete, or out-of-date data. - The preautorization is needed and the credit card will be validated immediately once the reservation is done. If the credit card is not valid the hostel will have the right to cancel the reservation.false |
