| 预订取消政策 | a) The booking final confirmation is sent on account of payment of one extra deposit of 50% of the cost of full holiday; for stay of a day only, payment of the balance directly (90%);
b) The reservation is valid only the day that we receive your deposit by Bank transfer or PayPal (Commission for the payment, charged to the customer, equal to 3,4% + 0.35 €);
c) Balance to be paid directly to the B&B upon arrival.
Cancellations:
a) The cancellations must be received in writing (e-mail, fax or letter);
b) No show (no show at the B&B), cancellations, travel bookings, reductions of vacation and early departures are considered cancellations;
c) Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit actually received by B&B will be reimbursed by bank transfer, with costs charged to the guest. The B&B is not responsible for the time used by the Bank for the operations of the bank transfer;
- From 29 days to 7 days before arrival, the advance will not be refunded, and will be charged to your credit card a penalty of up to 50% of the vacation;
- From 7 days before arrival, the advance will not be refunded, and will be charged to your credit card a penalty of up to 100% of the vacation. |
