DEPOSIT: The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price of the stay. CLX: The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel in the 5 days or less before arrival. A No-Show will be charged for the total amount of stay. LOW SEASONS: MID-APRIL TO LAST THURSDAY IN MAY & NOVEMBER TO THANKSGIVING. DEPOSIT: The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price of the stay.
