| Podmienky zrušenia rezervácie | In case of full or partial cancellation of the stay, the amount is calculated on the total amount of services confirmed and cancelled as follows:
Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival: Billing of 25% of total stay.
Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before arrival: Billing of 75% of total stay.
Cancellation 7 days before the arrival date and arrival date or no show: Billing of 100% of the entire stay.
Reservation modification: in a case of a shortened stay, early departure, late arrival, the price of the entire confirmed booking will be due |
| Príjmané platby | The hostel accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Cards |
| Predpokladaná platba | The full amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is refundable |
