rooms are small but clean, can be cold in winter/good english speaking staff, but care of getting the correct registration in your passport
There are a lot of cafe's around. The staff is very friendly. They helped me with choosing a night club where I enjoyed spending time.
People who work here are very nice. It is a good place to stay, and there is a nice shared living room.
