The owner of the Negev Camel Ranch is one of the oldest "desert foxes" of israel and knows almost every stone laying around here by its name, our Staff are as well native desert people that know our surrounding area as good as they know their homes.
Accommodation in ecofriendly desert huts with individual beds. We provide bedding and towels. Clean shared showers and toilets in a well-supervised and maintained lavatory building available for our guests. In our rooms you will not find TV's, Radios, Airconditions and other things that you find in a regular hotel, we are desert people and our level is "desert" :-). Bed linen and towels we of course provide!

Our property was chosen because of its location, high hills surround us to protect the Farm of storms and such, behind those hills a huge desert plateau opens up that will cause a big smile on your face!
Next to us you can find the ancient nabatean city of Kurnob-Mamshit!
Our Ranch is a perfect spot for all excursions you can imagine, that can be by feet, mountainbike, 4 x 4 Jeep or of course "Desert Rollce Royce" (Camel :-D ).
We have a main building, our lounge, thats where you can sit and relax.
Wifi is present in our lounge so that you can play facebook or else (desert people use the Internet! ;-) ).
If you order before your arrival we serve vegetarian (!) breakfast and dinner!
In our common kitchen you can cook your own meals!
Our Camel rides are legendary! Book a Camel ride for a full blown desert experience! (The Camel is the Rollce Royce of the desert and our Camels are happy and cute!)
The place was great, and even though the accommodation was just a hut it was roomy and comfortable and even had a bit of décor that added to the atmosphere. The camel ranch is a destination in itself, so even though it was a bit remote it didn't matter. The camels are wonderful and the trek to the ruins of the inn at Mamshit was delightful and relaxing, as well as educational. The breakfast was ample, interesting, and delicious. Shower/toilet block a bit Spartan but as expected in this kind of place. All in all, a wonderful experience and a gracious staff.
We had a lot of fun at the Negev Camel Ranch and highly recommend it to others who want a desert experience and a great camel ride! It was a great place to stay, very good breakfast also.
This hostel is unique! Practically in the middle of the desert, near the Archaeologists National Park of Mamshit. Clean, cordial staff (I have had only a small squabble with a girl when I have settled the account for the rate of change among Euro and shechel but nothing of detail), the stazes are organized in bungalov by 3 to 6 beds, very nice in the style. As it regards the position, bhé is obvious that date the location is conigliabile for those people who stir in car, otherwise the only alternative is the taxi, a stop should be us bus in the proximities but...to every way the staff, cordial, it is to disposition for possible passages in the near city. As it regards the fun, gives the location, the style of the structures if he is a beautiful group, I would say that the fun is insured. In my case there have been only a night (I was of passage for Masada), therefore...On a staircase from 1 to 10 I would say 9 height!! I must make some excuses to the staff because I have forgotten to return the key of the room. I am really mortified, not as soon as I return home it will be my hurry to send her for mail. Still excuse.
