Rainbow Hanoi Hotel, Hotel ★★ in Hanoi

I had some day holiday in Hanoi and stayed in Hanoi Wing Hotel. It has a great central location being only 7 minutes walking distance to The Lake and the local market this is on a direct line to the airport, so is very handy. The hotel is excellent, nice, and staff are very pleasant. I Lobby was always full of tourists with internet, tour desk, check in and check out. They are all best staff in the world. The staff members were very kind indeed. They always have friendly smiles and try to assist you in the best way possible. When I called to check my reservation at Rainbow Hanoi Hotel, they asked if I needed pickup service from the airport. The price is USD 16.00 which is reasonable. You can tip the driver, but must pay USD 16.00 to the hotel when checking out. The staffs were very polite from the day I entered the hotel until the day I checked out. The tour desk were able to beat all the quotes we had for day trips and overnight stay at Halong Bay. airport drop - off can be found outside at usd 15 but in hotel it were arranged and a little costly but quality was guaranteed by hotel driver. this guy was very helpful with my bags and very friendly. The rooms were clean. Location is very convenient, just 6 minutes walking to the Lake, surrounded by many bars, cafes, shops, restaurants. I would recommend it highly.

Great value for money. Stuff is very helpful. The Manager of the hotel response on emails immediately. You may book all the tours in the hotel. Good quality and good prices. Good breakfest and nice rooms. Rainbow hotel is situated close to everything worth seeing.

Great location in the Old quarter, walked everywhere down to there, and the local market is not too far away and is easily negotiable- comparable to the vendors if you are familiar with it. Hotel is nice- clean, comfortable,and check in and out was a breeze. great place for making friends with the staff.I have got ..after my stay. They are very friendly and so kind Got great deal and weren't disappointed.
