Room types
Cheers hostel rooms are mostly 6, 8 and 10 bed dormitories with individual lockers but the property also has a number of budget double rooms, triple rooms, twin-bed rooms and family rooms. The private rooms are in our additional buildings. Wintergarden Panoramic Terrace Bar offers breathtaking views overlooking the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and Taksim and is open all year long.
Deluxe rooms have Turkish bathroom.

Location and surroundings
Cheers Hostel is only 1 minute walking distance from the most famous sights like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Underground Cistern and Topkapi Palace, not to mention the Grand Bazaar and many other sightseeing attractions of oriental Istanbul. Staff will help you with the latest information about the hippest clubs, restaurants and bars.

In lounge area with TV and free Internet & Wi-fi access, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or Turkish tea, read, play backgammon or have a good chat with the other international travellers visiting exciting Istanbul. There are common showers and bathrooms on the corridors. But, private rooms and dorm rooms have air-conditioning and all rooms have heating. Linen and towels are included.

Really a nice place, great position (and wonderful sightseeing terrace), kinldy staff, definetetly great...
We really enjoyed our stay at the hostel. It's actually 100 meters from Ayasofia and everything interesting is near - Topkapi, The Blue mosque, The Golden horn, Kapali Carsi and the ferries. There is parking nearby. The service is exellent and it's the best place to stay in Istambul!
It's a really nice place to stay, nice staff and a very good position to visit the city
One of the best hostels I've stayed at. I'll miss the young, really friendly and professional staff,tasty vegetarian breakfasts served on the patio and beer on the top terrace with a fantastic view of Hagia Sophia. Strongly recommended.
I could not recommend this hostel highly enough the rooms were clean spacious and had comfortable beds. A great place amazing location to easily walk and explore Istanbul and have a place to come home to and relax. Excellent would not think of staying anywhere else if visiting Istanbul.
