I booked around 23.50 and when I arrived to hostel no one was there! I already paid but I didn’t stay in that hostel. It’s my first time with “hostels-point”. Never again. I waste my money
Could be better... But it's ok for the money. I think you can't get it cheaper or to a similar price.
The hotel is good, clean and so connected to the city. The only problem was the personal of the Hostel. Especially the recepcionist. she was so rude and never give a sign of hospitlity.
What made this place a great stay was the staff. The receptionists, especially Slava was the best. The housekeepers were nice too. The location was good and easy reach to the city centre, Kreuzberg etc. It was cleaned regularly and the price was very reasonable. Will stay there again on my next visit to Berlin.
