Special terms and conditions Oktoberfest:
- 2 to 4 nights minimum stay
- No check in and check out saturdays and sundays
- The full prepayment is required, your credit card will be charged immediately with the full amount. It is not refundable in case of cancellation or no show. If the full payment is not possible, the booking won't be complete and you might loose your beds.
- no group bookings of 15 guests or more possible

Group Booking Terms & Conditions

General Terms of conditions for groups of 15 guests or more

registration:
Groups have to fill out the registration form and send it via fax, letter or email.
deposits:
groups of 15 or more guests are required to pay the following in advance:
- 50% of the total cost of the stay (overnight accommodation including meals
within 14 days
of receipt of the booking confirmation.
- 50% of the total cost of the stay at least four weeks before arrival.
- In case of bookings at short notice, 100% of the total cost of the stay must
be paid by the time of arrival. The cost of bank transfers is to be made by the
guest.
- during fares and Oktoberfest special conditions may apply. The hotel will
inform the guest in these cases.
payment:
Payment can be done by transfer to our account or by credit card (VISA,
Master Card, Diners Club).
cancellation:
During fares and Oktoberfest special conditions may apply. The hotel will
inform the guests in these cases.
Cancellations are required in written form. The following fees apply:
- more than 60 days upon arrival: free cancellation
- 59 to 30 days upon arrival: 30% of the total booking amount
- 29 to 10 days upon arrival: 50% of the total booking amount
- 9 to 1 day(s) upon arrival: 80% of the total booking amount
- cancellations on the day of the arrival or in case of a no show without written
notice, 100% of the total booking amount apply.
The same regulations will also hold good if the group members who register
are fewer than the number for whom reservations were made.
If the hotel should have to cancel a reservation for a good reason, the
cancellation will be made in written form at least 2 weeks before the arrival
date. Guests will be given assistance to find accommodation elsewhere
(except unusual circumstances like natural desasters or water leaks occur)

d) 수집된 자료들은 예약과 관계된 서비스 수행을 부여받은 개인이나 업체에 전송될 것이며, 독점적으로 예약서비스를 처리하는 제3관계자에게 전송될것입니다.

e) 헌법 196/2003 제7항에 따라 이용고객들의 권리가 보장됩니다.

조항과 조건

1) Hostelsclub.com은 사이트에 나열된 어느 단체나 시설물을 소유하고 가동 시키지 않으며, 예약확인를 용이하게 하도록 예약 엔진만을 제공합니다. 기관에서 제공하는 유용성과 같은 해결점를 사용자에게 제공하도록 하는 책임이 있습니다.

2) Hostelsclub.com은 받아들일 만한 해결점의 표준을 제공하려 노력하며 그 해결점의 기술을 정정하려고 노력합니다, 그럼에도 불구하고 그러한 단체와 같은 수준의 책임은 지지 않습니

3) 모든 노력들이 각기관의 진행과정을 보장하고자 사용자들이 올바른 예약을 진행 함으로써 이루어집니다.

4) 한기관의 장소에 머물렀던 사용자에 의해 작성된 검색가능한 등급과 사용자의 의견입니다

5) 그 기관으로 부터 공표된것 이외에, 다른 모든 예약취소는 도착 24시간 전에 이루어져야 합니다. 예약취소는 사용자의 My Club을 통해 진행되거나 아니면 해당기관을 통해 직접적으로 이루어져야 합니다. 예약과 동시에 가입한 신규고객은 예약을 바로 취소할수 없습니다.
no-show인 경우, 기관으로 부터 발표되지 않으면, 그 기관은 첫째날 1박을 제공해야할 의무가 있습니다.

6) 고객이 예약을 했을경우 즉시 예약금을 지불하게 되는데, 그 예약금은 전체금액의 10%에 해당하는 환불이 불가능한 금액과 2유로에 해당하는 예약수수료 입니다.

7) Hostelsclub.com은 예약확인 폼을 준비하고 예약세부사항을 각 기관과 고객에게 발송하게 됩니다.

8) 예약금은 환급이 불가능합니다. Hostelsclub.com은 예기치못한 돌발상황이나 논쟁의 소지가 있을경우의 고객에게만 예약금에 대한 책임을 가지게 됩니다.

9) Hostelsclub.com은 모든 신용카드 사용을 안전하게 처리하도록 모든 노력을 기울일것입니다. 그럼에도 불구하고, Hostelsclub.com에 사용한 신용카드의 카드명세서에 고객여러분의 권한부여가 되지않은 비용이 발견될 경우 예약당시와 그후 어떤 시기이든 Hostelsclub.com은 아무런 책임을 지지 않거나 어떠한 손해나 불이익에 대한 아무런 해결점을 갖지 않습니다.

10) 유로통화(EUR)와는 다른 금액에 대한 환전은, 보증할 정도로 정확하진 않지만 신뢰할만한 정보로 이루어져 수시로 갱신되는 환율을 이용하게 됩니다. 고객여러분의 신용 카드 회사는 신용 카드의 계약에 따라 당신에게 추가비용을 부과할 지도 모릅니다. 그것은 우리가 그사이트에 나타내는 것보다 유로(EUR)로 구매된것과는 약간 다른 차액입니다.
