For the last few days, there has been quite a bit of talk about the huge volcanic cloud passing over Europe causing tons of inconveniences due to the cancellation of flights.

This is a problem of unprecedented breadth (involving virtually the whole world) also causing an economic decline to the travel industry. However, HostelsClub.com has decided to help customers who have been unable to reach their hostel booked because of Eyjafjallajökul ‘s (Iceland’s volcano) eruption. Just contact us specifying the reservation number and proof of your canceled flight to receive a credit for the amount equal to the deposit paid for your reservation. This credit will be valid for one year.
