My only complain is that they didn't have a place to keep our luggage after check out (with is around 11 a.m. and we we're leaving venice in the evening). But everything else is ok.

The bathroom was really small with no ventilation but the room was ok! The neighborhood was very noisy at night and we had problems to sleep. Part of the staff was helpful but some of them were really snooty, It seemed they were doing us a favor for everything we asked for. I don't think I'll stay there again.
