It's not what you would expect for a hostel. Its more like cheap hotel, with small rooms, with no windows, shower together with the sink and toilet. Its good location though, next to the metro station. The staff is just an old lady at the reception - she gives you no info, just takes money and gives you room key. But... for this price its the best option. Hongkong is rather expensive in terms rooms.

The room was too small for four guests and the wash room can only fit in one people with medium size. It's very hard to get the lift due to long line and one lift for each floor. A lot of foreigners staying at Chung King Mansion, TST.

New extremely comfortable Matresses. Great value for money. great Location. Closel to train. Will definately return. Wish they took credit card for payment at time of stay.

Seriously, i feel very disappointed to your website (Hostelclub). i'd faced many unhappy matter in the hotel. the reception told me that the price showed in the website not the actual price and the hostel wanted us to pay them extra and i even can't get back my deposit. No one send me the email to make any amendment and it made me over budget. hope you can concern this problem.

Booked room (with private bathroom and double bed) is not provided. Instead for one day provide a replacement - a room for three. The room is very small. Dozens of bedbugs and cockroaches. Towel with a hole. After a terrible night had to change hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean but the reservation we made from http://www.hostelsclub.com was not sent through to the place where we should stay (New Hong Kong Backpackers Inn). Lucky enough that we printed the hotel confirmation! Ramsey, the staff, still honoured our booking even though they are fully booked at that time. :) We are blessed! :)

- Dirty, poor facilities, room for four but damn small (Only able to fix 2 ppl), no shampoo, no hair dryer, No extra comforter standby, Staircase with weird smell..... REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE.....
