動物に関してのポリシー	We can accept your pets if both they and us can stay here comfortably. For example big dogs would not be suitable and will not be accepted :)

定義と利用条件

キャンセルポリシー	ご到着日の24時間前までキャンセル可能。それ以降のキャンセルもしくはノーショーの場合、一泊目の料金が請求されます。
特別な条件	We prefer having bare feet or slippers inside the building. In the common areas we do not smoke. In the salon we listen to music and hang out. After midnight we prefer no music or music at low volume. Breakfast is available in the morning for each guest. We can eat together and share the morning and make a good start to the day. Donations are welcome for the breakfast if you like it. (Hint: you will love it :) In the toilets and the bathrooms we try to be as respectful as we can towards others specially about cleanliness. That means if you had a lovely water party while showering just wipe it away. Of course we are checking them out regularly as well, but can’t keep an eye on all the time.false
