| キャンセルポリシー | Payment Policies
The required deposit ($200.00 for a private room, and $100.00 for a dorm bed) and service charge are required now to confirm and guarantee your reservation, the remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be placed on the same credit card unless noted. If you do not respond to the email we send verifying your reservation, and requested information your reservation will be canceled and deposit lost. Deposits are non-refundable and form part of your total accommodation cost.
Cancellation Policies
Please note that any cancellations or changes must be notified directly to the hostel at least 30 DAYS IN advance of your scheduled arrival time, otherwise the TOTAL AMOUNT will be charged to your credit card. IF YOU CANCEL PRIOR TO 30 DAYS OF YOUR ARRIVAL, YOU WILL STILL BE ASSESSED A $120 FEE FOR PRIVATE ROOMS AND $100 FOR DORM BEDS.* CANCELLATIONS DURING THE SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL..$150 PER ROOM / $100.00 PER DORM BED
