The atmosphere were familiar and the staff very friendly and wiling to help.
Clean and tidy place with a cozy atmosphere, nice english speaking staff. Would definitely reccomend staying there!
close to the central station and some good restaurants in area-only stayed a night so can't make too detailed comment. v friendly staff but small scary lift and on 5th floor not so good with luggage. quite a walk or a tube journey to duomo and shops.
short walk from central station, friendly and helpful staf, great (fun) elevator, good and cheap restaurants etc around bath/shower in shared bathroom little bit (too) shabby
It's a fantastic place where stay in Milan! It's the better in the city!!
