Kommunalnoe Chtivo is a cozy hostel located in the historical building right on Nevsky Prospect, 2 minutes away from Ploshad Vosstaniya subway station. Here you can feel the atmosphere of the communal apartment (“kommunalka”) where antiquities are mixed with all the modern facilities.

Room types
There are four rooms in our property. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. You'll have a private room with a double bed, and a TV. There is a wardrobe, a bedside table with a lamp, a small table, a rack for books and things, free towel and linen well. Wi-Fi is also free. The bonus is a beautiful view from the window onto the courtyard.
Location and surroundings
The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the Ploshchad Vosstaniya metro station and 5 minutes from Moskovsky railway station. There are also bus and tram stops nearby. All the main attractions of the city, museums, palaces and cathedrals are within walking distance. Very close are the Gallery and Stockmann, the largest shopping centers in the central part of the city. Nearby there are small grocery stores, pharmacies, as well as cafes, restaurants, bars, the number of which is incalculable.

You can use everything in your room and shared zones. We have an iron, washing machine, kettle, fridge, microwave, free Wi-Fi, toaster, gas stove, lockable showers, a cozy area in the kitchen for tea and sharing experiences. Wi-Fi is good and free.
