El Patio Hotel is located in a wonderful position, really close to a green wood full of peace, not so far from residential houses, quite close to shops and lake with its cosy isles.

El Patio has only private bedrooms with aircon, heater, digital flat TV, windows, desk, chairs, wardrobe, sheets and blankets, private facilities with shower, towels. Some of the rooms have a private balcony with facing looking the wonderful historical center of Corciano. Some rooms overlook a wood area and some other overlook the swimming pool area or the Cornaletto reastaurant, the garden area. Pets are wellcomed in triple room with private balcony. Location and surroundings
The hotel El Patio is really close to a wood, only 3 kms far from the ancient town of Corciano, 10 minutes by car to Trasimeno Lake, 15 minutes by car to Perugia.
To reach the hotel is necessary to drive through the Commercial area of Corciano, really close to Harley Davidson shop. Nearby there's a petrol station, a tobacco shop, a couple of supermarkets and lots of shops and outlets.

The room designed for people using a wheelchair has the interior spaces, the doors, the bathroom suitable to accommodate a standard wheelchair. Also the lift from the front desk can reach the breakfast room and the indoor restaurant, as well as the garden and the terrace, then goes up to the fourth floor (from the second to the fourth floor there are only rooms) and it has an opening of the Doors designed to bring in and out a standard wheelchair. The access to public areas (bar, lobby, conference room) have no obstacles of any kind. To access the pool area (equipped) there is a low step of less than 5 cm high. |
