We try allways to give a family treat to every client.
The house was builted in 1918, and we rent since 2003. This place has high ceilings and large doors/windows with a very nice natural ventilation and illumination.

We rent 2 private double rooms, with TV, air conditioning, fan, fridge, 2 beds, windows among other amenities. Both of them with nice natural illumination through the windows.
Location and surroundings
The neighbourhood is very quiet and nice. You can breath here the University enviroment. It's very central so all the places are easy to reach inclusive by walking.
Services and facilities
We can prepare an exquisite breakfast! Ours is a Bnb house since 12 y. ago, and have quite experience with students/longstay clients. The house is perfectly located for quick access to the many attractions in Havana and some lovely restaurants, just a few minutes ride to Old Habana, El Malecón (beach walkway), and other main cultural attractions.
