Animals policy | • Pets (dog, cats and caged birds only) are accepted at Charlies Place Hotel. • Service animals are welcome free of charge. • A valid credit card number must remain on file at the Front Desk. • There is a limit of two pets per room and may only include dogs and cats. • Pets are not allowed in the public gathering areas of the hotel, including, but not limited to the dining area, lobby, pool and spa, fitness center, and meeting rooms. • Pets need to be on a leash or in a pet carrier when traveling to and from guest room. • We ask that guests use waste bags to clean up after pets outside. • Pets should not be left alone in your guest room for more than 30 minutes. Pets are not authorized to be left in the room when the hotel guest leaves the hotel, even if proper crate or carrier is used. • Our quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Pets are not to be left alone at all during this time. • Housekeeping services will not be provided while pets are left unattended in guest room. • Each guest must assume responsibility for any damages or noise complaints your pet may cause. • Damages caused by pet to room, its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel are the guest’s sole responsibility. Specific damages will be attended to immediately. Room is subject to damage inspection at anytime and upon check-out. • Noise / Disruptive Complaints: If hotel management receives two (2) complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for the pet. The non-refundable pet fee will not be refunded once the pet has been in the guest room. • At check-in, a guest traveling with a pet will be asked to read and sign our 'Pet Owner Letter'. • Service animals are accepted and permitted access to any area frequented by their owners. • Rooms with pets will be charged a daily cleaning fee of US$15 per room plus tax: Our housekeeping staff has special cleaning procedures for servicing a room where a pet has stayed before it is rented to others. This special cleaning includes stripping all linens, bedspreads, mattress pads and pillows from the room. The shower curtain is replaced. The windows are opened, if applicable. The walls are wiped down with cleaning solution and the air conditioning filter is replaced. The carpet is checked for any stains and should be treated, as necessary. |
