The hostel is brandnew, superclean and located in the very (new) centre of town. The reception staff exists of students. They are adorable people, no offense, we just found the whole organisation a bit unprofessional. First if all we got a wrong adress. Whether that was to blame to Hostelsclub or the actual hostel we will have to leave in the middle, but it caused us a couple of expensive international phonecalls and confusion. Secondly, a part of the due amount had been paid by credit card. The hostel was not aware of this. When we wanted to check out, there was no one to be found at the reception for about half an hour. A reception is the heart of a hostel, where you receive and inform (detailed) customers. This part of a hostel needs the most attention. Conclusion: the intention is good and it is a nice hostel, but there are some points of improvement. Some tips for improving the infrastructure: we were missing possibilities for hanging our clothes when taking a shower, as well as for putting our soap/shampoo.
Nice stay. A clean and friendly looking hostel.
