we booked a room and even confirmed it by phone 4 hours before we arrived and it turned out that noone was expecting us - no room available, noone heart about hostelsclub and they told us to look for a hostel somewhere else... (it was our 1st day in Hanoi...well, actually night) we didnt let them to kick us out and finally (!) they agreed we sleep on a floor....
