Children Policy(0-12 years of age) :
-There is no extra charge for child under 12 years of age when sharing the same room and utilizing existing bedding.
-There is a maximum of one(1) child allowed per room.
-Maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults and 2 children with extra bed.
-An extra bed (THB 350) needs to be requested in the booking.
-There is no charge for breakfast for children under 3 years of age.
-Child breakfast charges (THB 125) is applied for children 3 to 12 years of age.
-Normal breakfast charges (THB 200) apply for children above 12 years of age.

** Room cancellation has to be notified in written to the Hotel.**
Low season from 1 Apr - 15 Jul & 1 Sep - 31 Oct: 3 day before the expected date of arrival.**No show/ Early Departure - 1 night will be charged**
High season from 1-31 Mar & 16 Jul - 31 Aug & 1 Nov - 20 Dec : 7 days before the expected date of arrival. **No show /Early Departure - 100% will be charged**
Peak season from 21 Dec - 5 Jan : 14 days before the expected date of arrival
**No show /Early Departure - 100% will be charged**In the event of a no show the hostel charges the full amount of BALANCE on customer's credit card
