I had reservation in friends hostel but i was shocked after reaching there. The receptionist guy told me that hostel is full and i can't stay there. This was ridiculous. this was due to some technical fault may be. Any way he helped me to find new hostel. If one make reservation well before in time, then these things are big hassle and create bad impression. There is big room to improve.
