Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs with more than 48 hours notice prior to the arrival date, your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee of either 20% of the reservation or a full night's rate plus tax, whichever is higher. If cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours notice prior to the arrival date, your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee of either 25% of the reservation or a full night's rate plus tax, whichever is higher.
No Show Policy: No-shows will be charged either 30% of the reservation or a full night's rate plus tax, whichever is higher.
Deposit Policy: No deposit is required up front to book a room; however, your credit card number will be required and verified for charging in the event of a cancellation or no show. |
