All reservations booked by credit card will be charged in full on the 1st December. Credit Cards which decline will have their reservations cancelled. There is a 7 day minimum stay over the Christmas / New Years Period Cancellations after the 1st December will incur a penalty equal to the price of your entire accommodation. No Refunds will be given. Cancellations that occur with less than 7 days notice during Peak Periods will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking. All credit card transaction will incur a 2.5% surcharge Peak Period includes: Australia Day, Mardi Gras, Easter, Christmas & New Years. Please Note: If you are booking more than one person into a dorm room we cannot guarantee you will be in the same room. We will try our best.
