| Tühistamispoliitika | To guarantee the reservation, we charge 50% of the total amount of the lodging. Upon receipt, we will send you an email confirming your reservation. For cancellation within 10 days prior to your arrival, we charge a 15% fee on the guarantee. The remainder of the balance will be refunded within 10 business days, or the full amount can be used as credit in a future lodging with us, if realized within 6 months. For cancellation within 7 days prior to your arrival, we will charge 50% of the reservation amount. The change of the reservation will only be allowed for non-commemorative dates and upon availability. There will be no additional charge for the change but will be subject to a difference in the daily rate. To cancel or change your reservation, send an email to formalizing your request.In the event of a no show the hostel charges the 50% of BALANCE on customer's credit card |

Continental breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Extra beds in the private suites have additional daily rates. Bed linen is provided at check-in and comprises a set with a towel, sheet, a thin blanket and pillowcase. The exchange of this set will be done every 3 days. We advise you to bring a blanket for the cooler evenings. We charge a fee of R$ 15.00 per additional towel and we do not allow use outside the Hostel environment. Our laundry service charges R$ 20.00 per basket (up to 20 pieces) and is available every day. We are in a region with a high population of mosquitoes. Help us to keep doors and windows of the rooms closed between 6 pm and 6 am. We recommend you bring your own repellent. It is not allowed to store alcoholic beverages in the hostel. The same for the consumption in the rooms. We are not responsible for forgotten items in rooms or outside areas.false |
