| Specielle betingelser | We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, as well as your contact information. The remaining balance, as well as any additional good and/or services purchased, can be paid at check-out via the payment option of your choice. We accept virtually all forms of payment, including PayPal and Venmo.
All quoted rates do not include a 9.75% state and local tax. Check-in is between 2PM-6PM. Check-out is no later than 11AM. Please notify us in the case that these timeframes cannot be met. Cancellation Policy For non-special events, cancellations will be accepted up to a week before the booking date, and a full refund of the deposit will be issued. Any cancellations made within a week of the booking date will void a refund of the deposit. For special events (see list below), cancellations will be accepted up to one month before the booking date, and a full refund of the deposit will be issued. Any cancellations made within a month of a booking date that is during a special event will void a refund of the deposit. Special Events: Daffodil Day The Webb School Alumni Reunion Weekend The Webb School Graduation Weekend Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival RC Cola & Moonpie Festival Walking Horse Celebration Russ & Tori Taff's Bell Buckle Weekend The Webb School Arts & Crafts Fair Reschedule Policy All reservation changes made within the cancellation period (one week normally, one month for special events) will void any refund the deposit. All reservation changes made outside of our cancellation periods will allow us to give you a full refund, less a $20 administrative fee. Unclaimed Accommodation All non-arrivals and no-shows will be subject to a full charge for the room booked with the credit card on file. Smoking No smoking inside of the Inn. Guests are able to smoke outside on the patio or porches as long as they are not disturbing other guests. Damage to Inn Property We reserve the right to recover costs from any guest in the event of deliberate and intentional damage to Inn property. Security The Walker Inn places high priority on the security of guests and their property (we have outdoor security cameras installed). However, all valuables are the full responsibility of the individual guest. Management is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables during guests’ stay at the Inn, or damage or loss of contents to any auto that is parked at the Inn.false |
