| Política de cancel·lació | Cancellations must be made at least seven days (one week) prior to check in. You will receive a full refund (less transaction charges). If you arrive later than planned because of travel problems or you plan to leave earlier than your agreed checkout (for reasons unrelated to the bed & breakfast) unfortunately we will still need to charge you for the night(s) you did not occupy as we have blocked the accomodation for your use. We hope you will understand the needs of a small business with very limited room numbers. Of course we will do our best to re-let your room and we will gladly reimburse you (less charges) if we manage to do so. Please be courteous enough to inform us immediately of a cancellation or change in plans. Every guest has a key, so it is important that you tell us your arriving time especially if you are not using our transfer service. If there is a change please keep us informed by phone below.. The door bell is not in operation between the hours 9 pm and 9 am. For security, from 9 pm until 9 am, you need to arrive by our authorized transfers only.
