* Cancellations must be made 31 days prior to arrival to avoid credit card charges.
* Cancel 30 to 7 days prior arrival - cancellation fee 50pct of total reservation cost.
* Cancel 7 days to 48 hours prior to arrival - cancellation fee 75pct of total reservation cost.
* Cancel 48hr prior arrival - cancellation fee 100pct of total reservation cost.
* No Shows and late cancellations will be charged all nights.
