As those are special event periods, at least 25% of the booking value is not refundable should you cancel your booking until 48 hours before the day of your arrival. To secure your booking, the property is entitled to charge the used credit card with 25% of the remaining balance at any time after the booking has been made. If you cancel your booking later than 48 hours before the day of your arrival, the cancellation fee will be 25% of the remaining balance but at least to the value of your first night's stay. In case of a no show, the property will charge the entire amount. |
