| Политика за отменяне на резервацията | RESERVATION POLICY, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS:
The completion of the reservation is subject to the prepayment of 50% or any amount of daily or requested packages, effecting the deposit constitutes acceptance of these rules by both the Hostel as Guest.
Advance reservations are a compromise between the parties and their disruption by one cause fines to reimbursement from the other.
Upon arrival and room occupancy, in case of early departure, in any reservation, be it package or not, the total value of the booking period will be charged.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
CANCELLATION UP TO 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE = Full Refund of the amount paid.
CANCELLATION OF 14 DAYS BEFORE A 8 = 50% refund of the amount paid.
CANCELLATION OF LESS THAN 8 DAYS IN ADVANCE = No Refund.
NO SHOW - Failure to Appear
No Show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the date reserved. In this case the vacancy will remain available for 24 hours from the time of entry. After this period, the reservation is canceled and no refund of the deposit.
In case of subsequent entry to the check-in date or early departure at the time of check out, whether or not packets, the entire bill will be charged.
Only cancellation requests will be accepted when made in writing and sent the same e-mail address used to make the booking.
The guest can arrange its replacement by another, on the same date and under the same conditions, informing the hostel full name of the person who will replace him.
In case of no show guest in the check-in date, your seat will be available until the end of time to check out the first night. After this period, the reservation will be canceled and no refund of deposit.
