Early check-in / late check-out
Normal check-in is between 4 pm and 6:30 pm and check-out by 11am. Please note that there is no reception desk and check-in is upon appointment only.
Please email the owner in order to arrange a time to hand over keys
Early and/or late check-in can be requested and is subject to availability and housekeeping requirements and is with an extracost as follow :
- arrival prior to 4 pm : EUR 25
- arrival between 7 pm and 10 pm : EUR 25
- arrival later than10 pm : EUR 50
Cleaning :
There is no daily cleaning.
The guest must clean the studio himself before leaving. If cleaning is not made or not within the standards a EUR 60 extra will be charged to the guest
Smoking Policy
It is strictly forbiden to smoke in all areas of Prêcheurs Studios, including the courtyard. An exceptional expenses of 200-euro cleaning will be charged to every tenant, or to every person who accompanies him/her staying or not in the Prêcheurs Studios, who will not respect the ban to smoke in the establishment. |
