団体予約についての条件

Group Bookings Terms & Conditions (These terms and conditions apply exclusively to groups with a minimum of 8 people)

1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions apply exclusively to groups with a minimum of 8 people

1.2. The terms and conditions set out the terms relating to the booking, check in, all period of stay and check out

1.3. “LCH” means Lisbon Chillout Hostel

2. Making Bookings

2.1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a group reservation will only be accepted at a maximum of 7 days before date of check in

2.2. All Bookings are subject to acceptance by us and all Bookings are subject to availability and LCH reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

2.3. Upon booking confirmation it is the responsibility of the Client to check if all details confirmed are correct in terms of the client’s requirements. If a customer considers there is an error, this must be brought to the attention of LCH within 30 days of receipt of the confirmation otherwise the contract will be considered to stand as per the terms outlined in this confirmation.

2.4. The reservation is only confirmed after the payment of the first night (see clause 3)

2.5. LCH reserves the right to require the Client and its customers to move to an alternative room or rooms, without an additional charge, at any time during the period of the Booking as LCH sees fit.

2.6. All reservations include:

2.6.1. Clean bed linen for each new arrival. Any bedding changing requested has an additional cost of 2€ per bed

2.6.2. Breakfast

2.6.3. Access to the common room facilities in the Hostel

2.6.4. Tea and Coffee all day

2.6.5. Use of equipped kitchens (3)

2.6.6. Free Wi-fi

3. Payment

3.1. In order for us to confirm your Booking you must pay us the appropriate sum as set out in the terms below:

3.1.1. Group booking made more than 3 months in advance of arrival date: A provisional booking can be held for up to a maximum of 14 days without payment subject to confirmation. To confirm, a first deposit of the first night is required. Your first payment will confirm acceptance of the group booking terms and conditions stated in this document and is not refunded in any situation

3.1.1.1. The further remaining balance of the total booking value is due 7 business days prior to arrival

3.1.2. Group booking made within 2 months of arrival date: A provisional booking can be held for up to a maximum of 14 days subject to confirmation without payment. To confirm, a first deposit of the first night is required. Your first payment will confirm acceptance of the group booking terms and conditions stated in this document and is not refunded in any situation

3.1.2.1. The further remaining balance of the total booking value is due 7 days prior to arrival

3.2. As from January 1st2016 Lisbon city hall implemented a tourist tax for overnights stays. All companies in the sector are obligated to charge 1€ per person (over 13 years old) per night with a 7 night maximum charge per person. Any person who is traveling for medical services are exempt from the tax with presentation of legal document proving it. This tax must always be payed in cash. Any other type of payment is not acceptable.

3.3. The payments above (sector 3.1 and 3.2) must be done by bank transfer to the LCH bank account which details will be provided in the official price offer

3.4. Upon check in, a 5€ deposit for each room key will be required.

3.4.1. There will only be 2 keycards available per room. In case the Client requires more keys they should be asked prior to arrival

3.4.2. If there will be any damage caused or key lost the deposit will not be given back in any circumstances.

3.4.3. The room key deposits must always be payed in cash to the receptionist upon check in, unless the deposit is not refunded

3.5. In order to prevent possible damage of LCH goods and facilities a caution must be held:

3.5.1. For groups between 10 and 40 people, the caution is 15€ per person

3.5.2. For groups between 30 and 80 people, the caution is 10€ per person

3.5.3. The amount will be captured on the Credit Card and released within 48h after check out

3.5.4. In case there are no damages, the caution will be fully returned. For contrary situations, please see clause 6.5. Any damages will be documented and sent to the group

4. Cancelations and Changes

4.1.1. All Booking cancellations are subject to our refund policy, contained within this clause

4.1.1.1. In case of full cancelation of the group, the first payment will not be refunded under any circumstances

4.1.1.2. In case of partial cancelation of some members of the group:

4.1.1.2.1. 7 days prior to arrival: The payment of the first night will not be refunded but the corresponding to the rest of the night will, in accordance with LCH

4.1.1.2.2. 3 days before arrival: The group will have no right to any refund

4.1.2. Any changes will be subject to analyse by LCH availability

5. General terms and conditions

5.1. Unless otherwise communicated in writing, the rooms comprising the Booking, are available from 3pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 12am on the day of departure. LCH reserves the right to charge the Client for extra nights, in accordance with the rates set out, if any of the Rooms are not fully vacated and ready for servicing by the departure time, a full stay will be charged.

5.2. Except by prior agreement, the Client will have non-exclusive access to common room facilities in the Hostel. In the event that Lisbon Chillout Hostel grants the Client access to common room facilities, to the exclusion of any other clients, LCH reserves the right for its staff and contractors to access the common room facilities, at all times. In all cases, LCH reserves the right to prevent or restrict the Client’s access to common room facilities, for whatever reason.

5.3. The Client and its customers do not have exclusive use or occupation of the Rooms. LCH reserves the right for its staff, and contractors, to access the Rooms for cleaning, maintenance reasons, to assist in the general management of the Hostel or in an emergency situation. Prior notice will be given to the Client, where practicable.

5.4. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the breakfast will always be served from 8:30 am till 11:00 am. These schedule is not flexible in any circumstances.

5.5. From 12am till 8am, no noise is acceptable in the hostel. LCH reserves the right to take measures if the Client is in breach of this obligation

5.6. All guests under 16 years old are obliged to stay in non-shared dorms

5.7. The act of consuming, selling and offering of drugs or any other kind of illegal substances to the law of Portugal, are subject to fines

5.8. No animals are accepted in the premises of LCH. Fines are applicable.

6. Group obligations

6.1. The group has the obligation to deliver by email, the final rooming list of the group due 3 days prior to arrival

6.2. The Client must take reasonable care of the Rooms, the contents of the Rooms and the Hostel and behave as a reasonable and responsible occupier

6.3. In particular, the Client, its staff and customers must not:

6.3.1. Obstruct access to the Rooms

6.3.2. Bring non registered guests to the hostel

6.3.3. Remove any of the contents from the Rooms is punishable by fines

6.3.4. Use the Rooms or the Hostel for any purpose other than as accommodation. Specifically the rooms cannot be used for any illegal purpose

6.3.5. Smoking inside the building is strictly forbidden. In case of smoke, a fine will be charged and the group caution will not be given back

6.3.6. Generate levels of noise that may disturb other residents. Respect the silence times, from 12am till 8am

6.3.7. Act in a way to cause or which is likely to cause disruption or distress, lack of respect, act of aggression or discrimination to either LCH staff or other clients or constitute a serious risk to the health, safety or welfare of others or their property

6.3.8. Allow more than the designated number of individuals to occupy each room

6.4. If the Client is in breach of any of the obligations contained in this document, LCH can require the Client to vacate the Rooms and the Hostel in any moment of LCH providing written notice to do so. In such circumstances, the Client shall not be entitled to a refund or compensation.

6.5. LCH may not return the caution to the Client in the following circumstances to cover the costs:

6.5.1. Of making good or replacing any damage, vandalism or breakage caused by the Client to the Rooms, the contents of the Rooms or the Hostel, such as:

6.5.1.1. Broken beds, windows, mirrors, lamps, doors, decorative goods in the building, curtains, lockers and any other complementary objects

6.5.1.2. Going on to the roof is total loss of caution

6.5.2. Of any substantial cleaning of the Rooms or common rooms that LCH considers reasonable as a result of the actions of the Client, its staff or customers

6.5.3. Of replacing lost or retained keys and, if necessary, replacement locks

6.5.4. Incurred in relation to the misuse of any fire equipment

7. The Agreement does not make either party the agent of the other.

8. The benefit of this Agreement is non-assignable.

9. LCH reserves the right to modify or vary any of the terms of this Agreement.

10. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Portugal and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Portugal shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation.

1) Mo.Lo.Ra.SRL - Hostelsclub.comは当サイトに掲載されている宿泊施設を一切所有および経営しておりません。当社は宿泊予約のための予約エンジンを提供しているのみで、空室状況で表示した部屋を約束通り提供する責任は各宿泊施設側にあります。

2) Mo.Lo.Ra.SRL - Hostelsclub.comは一定の宿泊水準と宿泊施設の正確な概要を提供するように努力をしておりますが、宿泊内容の質には責任を負えません。

3) 利用者の予約が宿泊施設側に正確に行われるよう最大の努力を図っております。

4) 評価は利用者自身によってなされたもので実際に宿泊した方の感想・意見です。

5)ご予約の際、お客様にすぐにご予約の合計金額の10%のデポジット(返金不可)と2ユーロの予約手数料をお支払いいただきます。追加サービスの料金を含む合計金額は、施設の設定通貨でお支払い頂きます。(通常は施設により特に明記しない限りご到着時に支払いいただきます。)返金不可のお部屋 (先払いの価格)のお部屋をご予約される場合は、予約時に、10%のデポジットをお支払いいただきます。その後合計金額の90%をクレジットカードに請求いたします。"返金不可"の部屋を予約する場合は予約の全額をカバーするのに十分残高が有効なクレジットカードによって予約しなければならないことに注意してください!クレジットカードが有効でない場合、ホテルに24時間以内に代わりのクレジットカード情報を提供するように要求されます。全額を支払いすることができない場合予約は保証されず、10%のデポジットは返金されません。

6) キャンセルはホテル側の特記がない限り、すべて到着予定日(現地時刻0:00a.m.)より24時間前までに行わなければなりません。到着時刻の24時間前ではなく到着予定日(現地時刻0:00a.m.)の24時間前ですのでご注意ください。異なるタイムゾーンの施設を予約の場合は48時間前までのキャンセルが必要になる場合があります。キャンセルはマイクラブのアカウントを使用するか、もしくはホステル・ホテル側と直接連絡を取って行って下さい。Mo.Lo.Ra.SRL - Hostelsclub.comはいったん完了した予約をキャンセルすることはできません。
ノーショー(無断キャンセル)やキャンセル可能期限以降のキャンセルの場合は特記がない限り、施設は1泊目の宿泊料をカードから引き落とす権利を擁しています。

7) Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.comは予約確認を正常に行い、予約の詳細を利用者とホテル側に送信します。チックインの際、予約完了のコピーを宿泊施設に持参する責任は利用者にあります。

8) デポジット(予約保証金)は返金不可能です。Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.comは特別に複雑なケースや訴訟で認められた場合のみデポジットを返金いたします。

9) Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.comはあらゆる努力を行ってクレジットカードの決済が安全に行われるよう努めています。しかしながら、もしHostelsclub.com上で予約を行った後に、不正な決済がクレジットカードの請求書の現れた場合、Hostelsclub.comはその損失に対していかなる責任も負いません。

10) ユーロ(EUR)以外の貨幣の変換率は、信頼できる複数の情報源から収集した、インターバンクのレートを頻繁にアップデートしながら使用していますが、絶対に正確であるとは保障できません。お客様のクレジットカード会社と、当サイトのユーロ(EUR)の換金率は多少異なる可能性があります。

 

プライバシーに関して

Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.comはイタリアの民法196/2003の第29章に准し、以下のように言及します:
a) この予約フォームを使って集められたデータは予約サービスを実行するためのもので、電子的に行われます。

b) 個人データを提出することは、利用者が予約サービスを行う際に義務付けられています。

c) 個人データの提出を拒否することは、予約サービスのアクセスを拒否するに値します。

d) 収集されたデータは予約サービスに通じており、予約サービスに関係する担当者に転送されます。

e) 利用者はイタリアの民法196/2003の第7章によって保証されています。

f) データ収集の管理担当は下記の通りです。
