Oh that Hostel sucks!! I mean when you are looking for a hostel you don't expect to be sleeping on a presidential suite, but the atmosphere and the staff in the hostel are the worst people I have ever met, they are not friendly, not helpful at all, seems that they get upset if you ask for the best way to get around town, seems that everyone staying there had to check out and move to another bedroom with all your stuff every single morning (at least me & other 5 travelers had the same situation) in resume the staff in there they do not know the words "Customer Service" Please, Just DO NOT stay there!!! Seriously!!!

This hotel was so great. It is cheap, near sightseeing places, clean and good serving. The staffs were very kind. If I come to London again, I want to stay in this hotel again. I strongly recommend this hotel. But I have to tell you bad things about this hotel. This hotel is not near underground stations. Actually it is not far, but it was a little difficult to find it. But I think it won't be a problem if you check out the way to this hotel carefully in advance. The other bad thing is that this hotel doesnt have any lifts. I think these problems dont matter. This hotel is great!!!

Hostel was easy to find 2 minutes from the underground. Staff wasn't too knowledgeable about what to do or how to get places. Free breakfast was toast and cereal. Curtains on the beds were nice. Fairly clean.
