Fabrizio is a wonderful host... he knows tons of info to help travellers, he keeps the place VERY clean, and he cooks a HUGE, delicious breakfast for the guests to eat at the big dining table in the community room. It is nice to enjoy a big breakfast with all of the other guests. The B&B is in a perfect location. Very close to a main bus station... with both city buses and out of city buses. We were extremely pleased with everything about this hostel... if you are reading this, Fabrizio... Thank you!!!!

The hotel was located not far from the train station. Walk through the shopping mall across from the station and take the escalators (there are about 8 of them) up to the city. Turn right and walk approximately three blocks. It is about a 15 minute walk to the center of the old city of Siena. The one drawback of the room is it's lack of air conditioning.

It's just the best, I'm thinking how could I get back there. We've stayed in 5 different hostels/one star hotels during our stay in Italy and this one is deftly the best. Breakfast - you'd expect a cheap coffe and a croissant, you get - almost family like atmosphere with real, tasty food. Honestly - it's really worth staying there, I'd recommend it to everyone. Not to mention the women running it - just lovely! (btw - that was the only place we could pay with a card).
