Die Casa Luisa ist eine echte Casa particular: sehr authentisch, sehr sauber,mit supersympathischer Gastgeberin! Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und können Luisa und ihre beiden Damen, die beim Zubereiten des riesigen Frühstücks und beim rein halten der Wohnung helfen, absolutt empfehlen!! Luisa ist übrigens auch super geduldig, wenn man mur mässig gut spanisch spricht! Trinkwasser gibts bei ihr zum Mitnehmen in einer Flasche kostenlos und wenn es irgendwas du regeln gibt, hat sie den Telefonhörer schon in der Hand, während man noch überlegt, wie man darum bittet :-) DAUMEN HOCH!!!!

Staying in this lovely casa was like a trip back in time to the 1930s with it's lovely antiques and memorabilia. Luis and his friendly & helpful staff made us very welcome and really looked after us. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, and the complementary teabags and kettle were a nice touch. Breakfasts were great and it was nice to chat to fellow guests in the beautiful dining room. Great location near the Malecon and within walking distance of Old Havana. We'd definitely recommend Casa 1932 to anyone. It's a lovely oasis in the busy city.

I was very glad to stay in Hostal Plaza Vieja for the very two nights in Havana and Cuba . I liked this yellow colonial hostal pretty much, as it is just about at the corner of Plaza Vieja. All the tourist attractions ('four plaza', Calle Obispo, Capitolio Nacional and even go further to Chinatown in Centro Habana and Malecon) are easily accessible in a walking distance. You can enjoy beautiful view in the terrace at anytime (day & night), with Cuban music comes all around. The room in a boutique style is very clean and cozy with A/C, even though it's a shared bathroom. All in all, this is the right place to stay in Havana and strongly recommended to all travelers. Daniel are helpful and attentive to our needs. Maria is very good at both breakfast and dinner and indeed, it's a good idea to have dinner with various dishes right there.

The first stop to stay in casa particular was Casa El Arco in Havana, Cuba. We stayed there for two nights. We liked the colonial house very much, with quiet outdoor patio, in which is very good place for breakfast, relax and chat with your friends, plus come with a iced beer! The house owners are very friendly and nice and thanks very much for hospitality of us! Very clean room. Feeling like 'home away from home' and is highly recommended to all travelers. So we never forget the lovely family and hope to visit again next time!

I lived in different places of Havana, but this was the one that I returned to at the end of my trip, I think this tells a lot. I lived in the little room, just perfect. The owner and the staff (Hugo) are very helpful, it is clean, always with hot water, and the price is very reasonable. It's a bit off from downtown, but I always walked, 20 minutes, the most. Really recommended.

Location and price is perfect, the owners help, if you ask for information. The only downside is that rooms can be very crowded and during my 4 nights, I never had warm water which can be pretty bad after going home on a rainy day... But all in all, for that money it is really recommended.

This couple is the nicest I ever met. To come to Martha an Luis it' s like coming home! Every Morning we had an excellent breakfast. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. We got so much informations about everything you need in Havanna. Thank you so much for everything.
