I had the most beautiful time in florence because of hotel garden:) staff is always there, very helpful, smiling and speaking english well, that gives you cosy and familiar atmosphere.rooms are clean and spacious, it's an old palazzo so if you need modernity and glamour that is not a hotel (and a city!!!) for you.2 bathrooms on the floor is really enough for guests and always clean.nice breakfast,little green patio,a little walk (15min) by river to city center but something a bit loud beaucause of cars.it's safe and in a good pice.I'll be back for sure :))) GRAZIE!

Really wonderful atmosphere and great people stayed with us! It's a reasonable walking distance from most of the city's attractions. Jonathan the manager was very helpful and gave us great tips for traveling outside of Florence too!

Quiet hotel easy to reach by car. Not far from the Old City. Lovely view and generous staff. The room is simple, but clean. Not renovated bathroom, there was a problem with hot water. Good enough for this price to spend the night.

Very good hotel. Excellent position. Great staff. clean, quiet, beautifull, makes your stay in florence special. The only issue: they dont have elevator and we had to carry our bags all the way to the third floor.

I love the location, maybe a little hard to walk back to the hostel. The tent was good, clean and close to the common area and bathrooms. I spent just two nights but I recommend this place!
