It's very clean and the employees are friendly and very helpful. There are a lot of stairs but it's worth it since it's only 2 blocks from the Duomo and about the same from the museum with David. I'd stay there again.

The room was clean but the bathroom not always. The kitchen is very useful. Position: about ten minute walk from the station. The staff was very friendly.

2 bathrooms with a tiny shower for 3 floors is terrible; nothing much to do for fun in hotel. the quite garden was a relief though from the crowded city. hotel(&room) is spacious the most positive thing I found the friendliness of personel and the affluent breakfast with good coffee and yoghurt.

This is a really nice place, just 5 to ten minutes walk to the station. The room makes me feel like in a family, wifi is free. Bathroom is good and clean, which I like the most.
